Senior Product Designer Responsibilities: Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear design visions and actionable strategies. Develop high-quality, detailed design work across multiple UI platforms, from concept through ready-for-development. Build and maintain scalable systems, reusable patterns, and design frameworks beyond individual projects. Collaborate directly with product, engineering, marketing, and merchandising teams to align design strategies and bring user-centric experiences to life. Lead and facilitate collaborative sessions across various teams and present visual storytelling to communicate design directions effectively. Senior Product Designer Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products with a strong record of leading 0-1 initiatives. Proven ability to transform unstructured problems into focused, actionable plans and deliver impactful results. Exceptional attention to detail and mastery in creating consistent design patterns across multiple platforms. Skilled at managing multiple initiatives, balancing requirements, and maintaining long-term experience vision.
