Associate to Partnership, Equity Offered, Full In-House Anesthesia Support

This is a solo oral surgery role backed by an in-house anesthesiologist, a dedicated surgical assistant team, and an on-site regional manager who carries the operational load so you can stay focused on surgery. This is built for an oral surgeon who wants full surgical autonomy without carrying the business. You are the practice’s solo OMFS provider, with an in-house anesthesiologist covering sedation, a full assistant team keeping you at the chair, and a regional manager running operations. The comp structure rewards production, and the path to partnership and equity means you are building toward ownership, not just collecting an associate paycheck. Hospital access at a Level III trauma center rounds out the clinical scope.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a New York state dental license with oral and maxillofacial surgery credentials.
